Terms
These terms govern every purchase from the 0 likes shop at zerolikes.army, operated by Follow Your Instincts UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Birkenstr. 14, 67067 Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Germany (“we”, “us”), see the imprint. By placing an order you accept them. They are written for consumers; mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in are not affected.
1. What we sell
One product: the 0 likes tee, a black Bella + Canvas 3010 oversized t-shirt printed to order with the design shown on the site. Sizes and measurements are listed on the product page; measurements are supplied by the blank’s manufacturer and may vary by up to 2 inches (5 cm). Product photos are renderings and may differ slightly from the physical shirt in fabric drape and print scale.
2. Ordering and contract
Choosing a size and quantity and clicking “Buy” opens a checkout hosted by Stripe. Your order is placed when you confirm payment there; that is your binding offer. The contract is formed when we email your order confirmation (the Stripe receipt), which we do automatically after successful payment. We may decline an order if the shipping address is outside the countries we serve, if payment fails, or if we suspect fraud. You will be refunded in full in that case. The contract language is English; we do not store the contract text separately, so keep your receipt.
3. Prices and payment
The price shown ($39 per tee) is the final price. It includes shipping to every country offered at checkout and any applicable VAT or sales tax. Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and local methods where offered). Prices are in US dollars; your bank may convert.
4. Delivery
Shirts are printed to order by our fulfilment partner Printful in the US, EU or UK facility closest to you. Production takes 2–5 business days; shipping then takes 3–8 business days (US) · 5–12 business days (elsewhere). These are estimates, not guarantees, but if an order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping email, tell us and we will replace it or refund you. Risk passes to you on delivery. Orders shipped from outside your customs territory may in rare cases attract import duties, which are yours to pay; we route orders to avoid this wherever a facility exists.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU / UK consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK you may withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, send an unequivocal statement (an email to hello@followyourinstincts.xyz is enough) before the deadline. Return the shirt to the address we give you within 14 days of your notice; you bear the direct cost of the return unless the item was faulty. We refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return, using the payment method you used. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the shirt: try it on, but don’t wear it out.
Customers everywhere else get the same 14-day exchange for size as a matter of policy, see shipping & returns.
6. Warranty and faulty goods
Statutory warranty rights apply (in Germany §§ 434 ff. BGB). If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost or refund you; no return is usually needed.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Otherwise liability is excluded.
8. Intellectual property
The site and its design are ours. 0 likes is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by X Corp.
9. Law and disputes
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply. The EU online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr; we are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
