Shipping
Included in the price. Every tee is printed to order, nothing sits in a warehouse. Production takes 2–5 business days; you get a shipping email with a tracking link the moment it leaves the facility.

Orders are routed to the facility nearest to you so that, in almost every case, no customs charges apply. If a duty is levied in a rare edge case, it is charged by your carrier and is yours to pay.
Exchanges & returns
Wrong size: email hello@followyourinstincts.xyz within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. We tell you where to send it back; once it is on its way, the new one is printed. Return postage is on you unless we made a mistake.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong item: email a photo within 30 days of delivery. A replacement goes out free, and you usually keep the faulty one.
EU / UK consumers additionally have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal described in the terms: full refund, no reason needed.
Lost in transit: if tracking has not moved for 30 days after dispatch, tell us and we replace or refund.
Care
Machine wash cold, inside out. Do not bleach. Hang dry or tumble low. Do not iron the print. The ink is part of the fabric, not on top of it. Treat it like any good black tee and it stays black.
